Israeli airstrikes continue to ruthlessly target various areas in the Gaza Strip, specifically the densely populated city of Rafah, which is home to many displaced people.

In its latest rounds of violence, Israeli warships bombarded the coast of Deir al-Balah, while airstrikes targeted the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. These attacks resulted in the tragic deaths of 8 Palestinians, including women and 5 children, and caused injuries to others. The city suffers from a severe shortage of medical and humanitarian resources, leading to extremely poor health conditions.

Furthermore, diseases are spreading rapidly within the city of Rafah due to difficult living conditions, water contamination, and a lack of basic healthcare services. Cases of infectious diseases such as cholera and food poisoning have increased, further exacerbating the suffering of the population and putting their lives at risk.
