With the first day of Eid al-Fitr, a park in Damascus will open its arms to receive all visitors who prefer to see strange and rare animals.
According to the investor of the zoo in the Al-Adawi area in Damascus, Samer Al-Homsi, he is trying to design the most important zoo in Syria, in addition to that he is in the process of bringing rare animals that will be seen for the first time in the country.
Al-Homsi pointed out that the bird reserve has been completely terminated, and it contains all types of birds, as animals were imported from “Dubai - Russia - Africa, and they imported the Russian bear; Tiger; Cheetah ; the black ; As for the animals that were previously present, they were replaced by young and small ones due to their great ages
Regarding the entry fee, according to Al-Homsi, this issue has not been discussed yet, but what is certain is that the fees will be symbolic because the goal is the entry of all people and attracting all segments, not the material value.
The director of parks in Damascus, Somer Farur, previously stated that the governorate is working to rehabilitate and maintain Al-Adawi Park, and that its new investor has brought a new group of animals that will soon be placed inside the park and will be a source of attraction for visitors.
