Wuhan, China, has pioneered urban transportation by introducing a sky train, which is among the latest technological advancements in the world.

The Wuhan Sky Train consists of suspended carriages beneath elevated tracks, giving it the appearance of a train flying above the city. Unlike traditional trains, the train carriages are suspended below the track using permanent magnets.

The Wuhan Sky Train offers several features that distinguish it from conventional means of transportation. It serves as a facility to support eco-tourism in the Optics Valley of Wuhan, providing fully automated driving capabilities.
