International star Ghassan Massoud is preparing to film his scenes in the series "Sultan of Conquests". 

The project tackles a story parallel to the life of the herald king, the holy warrior and sublime sultan Abu Al-Fath Al-Mu'ayyad Muhammad Khan II bin Murad bin Muhammad Al-Ottoman, and important stages in the life of the venerable companion Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari, played by Massoud.

"Sultan of Conquests" is produced by Ayub Gökhan Özkin and directed by Şafak Başa, both Turkish. 

Alongside Massoud, who has previously starred in Hollywood productions such as "Kingdom of Heaven" in which he played the role of "Saladin Al-Ayyubi", as well as participating in the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean", the series also stars famous Turks including Saruhan Hünel, Selim Bayraktar, Fikret Kuşkan, Toby Onwumere, Sinan Albayrak, Kenan Çoban, Bülent Alkış, and others. 

Part of the scenes are being filmed in Iran in a location designed by Hollywood designers.
