The talk here is not directed towards any direction, except the citizen's concern, "and whoever takes the article with ill intention will be fined". Discussing worries has become our first destination, in order to limit the choices that have become available to the citizen, not in terms of criticism that will not be met with improved decisions taken by the authorities, and so as not to judge the matter, there are some decisions that are taken as an imposition and not as a choice.

Returning to the citizen's worries, the Ministry of Interior had issued a decision to submit a written request to the commander of the local police unit at least 48 hours before the date of the party or condolences ceremony. With regard to the event, the matter is old, but for condolences!!, and 48 hours in advance, meaning in addition to the citizen's worries, he is forced to contact "Azrael" so that we submit the request on time, or tell the deceased to "be patient" two more days. 

"Sorry my brother" if hypothetically a death occurred on Monday, the condolences council will not be held on Wednesday until the required submission procedures are completed. Will the deceased's family be in a state that allows them to take measures to open condolences ceremonies? I think the decision needs clarification..if not amendment?!
